We measure success not just by our growth, but by the growth of the businesses and communities we serve.
Leadership & Expertise
The experience and conviction driving Leverage.ph's approach to SME financing.

Francis A. Dolojan founded Leverage.ph with a singular conviction: Philippine small and medium enterprises deserve the same quality of capital access that larger corporations take for granted. As Founder and CEO of MicroGroup Lending Corporation, he has built the company's proprietary Precision Risk Engineering framework — a holistic underwriting methodology that evaluates cash flow performance, industry trajectory, and real business history rather than relying solely on traditional bureau scores.
His academic formation is rooted in practical entrepreneurship. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from Enderun Colleges and a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship from the Ateneo de Manila University — where he deepened his command of venture strategy, sustainable scaling, and the financial rigor required to operate within regulated institutional lending frameworks.
This academic foundation, combined with hands-on experience with Philippine SME operators, shaped what he calls the "Founder-First" philosophy: the belief that the best capital partner for a growing business is one who has genuinely engaged with the realities of building from scratch. At Leverage.ph, that philosophy translates directly into faster decisions, transparent pricing, and a lending process designed around the borrower — not the institution.
Beyond finance, Francis leads MicroGroup Lending Corporation's commitment to community impact — from disaster relief initiatives to food security programs — ensuring the company's growth remains anchored in genuine social responsibility across the Philippines.
